Description of lemon balm:
Melissa (Melissa officinalis) is a perennial herb of the Lamiaceae family. Its name comes from the Greek melissophullon which means "leaf bee."
Also known as lemon balm or lemon grass simply not to be confused with lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) used in Asian cuisine.
