Description Lavender: The lavender
(Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) Is a plant that is valued for its odor. It is the most popular of the lavender scent for the quality of its essential oil. In the wild, it grows mostly in Provence, but it can be grown in more northerly regions, especially that there are many cultivars. Names former
L. officinalis L. vera. Other common names: English lavender (some authors prefer to give this name to the species L. dentata), Alpine Lavender, lavender (and Espic in Provencal, casidounne in Norman).

Properties / Effects / Hint:
- slightly reduce anxiety.
- Treating agitation, insomnia, digestive disorders of nervous origin, bloating and, in therapy, disorders of movement.
