Description of Lobelia (Lobelia inflata):
Lobelia is a genus of plants, lobelia and cardinal of the family Campanulaceae. It contains about 300 species worldwide. The genus was named by Charles Plumier in honor of the Flemish botanist Matthias of Obel, Carl von Linné the reuse later. The lobelia
gave their name to one that they contain alkaloids, lobeline.
Properties / Effects / Hint:
  • Treat asthma, whooping cough, chronic bronchitis.
Prudence
- Do not exceed the prescribed dose by the manufacturer.
- Caution. Do not give to children under 6 years. For children over 6 years, give about a third of the recommended dose for adults.
Contraindications
-Not suitable for pregnant and lactating women.

Adverse
May cause nausea and vomiting, confusion, dizziness. It must then reduce the dose or interrupt treatment. The demonstrations quickly disappear.
